Anne Celeste Heche, an American actor best recognized for her roles in films and television in a variety of types of. Her work was recognized with numerous awards like an award called the Daytime Emmy Award for her acting in theater and television. First gaining recognition as Vicky Hudson, and Marley Love in the soap-opera Another World (from 1987-1991) She was awarded the two Soap Opera Digest Awards. In the 90s, she was more well-known for her performances in the movies Donnie Brasco (1997), Volcano (1997) and I Know What You Did last Summer (1997). In addition, she was in the also appeared in the action-comedy movie Six Days Seven Nights (1998) as well as the comedy-action movie Wag the Dog (1997), the drama thriller film Return to Paradise (2000) and the political comedy Wag the Dog (2007). Anne Lockhart was born Anne Kathleen Maloney, September 6th 1953. She is an American actress. She is most well-known as Lieutenant Sheba in the television series Battlestar Galactica ( 1978-1979). She is a daughter of the actress June Lockhart. Her grandfather was actor Gene Lockhart. Lockhart began her acting career at a young age. There is a rumor that Anne did not want to be Laurie Strode, the character in John Carpenter's 1978 horror film, Halloween. The role was eventually cast with Jaime Lee Curtis. The actor. Carpenter says that he was interested in her playing the character however she decided to turn it down. Anne has no memory of getting offered the role by John Carpenter or being offered the role. It could be that her agent turned the part off without notifying Anne. Glen Larson chose her initially and sent her a preliminarily written script. She would play on the show Battlestar Galactica, which aired beginning in 1978. Her initial reaction was to decline the role because the character didn't seem to be strong enough. Glen came up with a completely new character for herself, with Sheba as a stronger character. The first 25-page script had been read by Sheba and she was immediately in agreement. It ran for a single season. The show also featured her with Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith Robert Carradine, Desi Arnaz (son Desi Arnaz & Lucille ball) in Joyride in 1977. She also co-starred alongside Michael Moriarty as The Dark Tower in 1987.
